The company is head quartered in China. We developed a strategy to position it as a global company in the US. We encouraged them to move the head quarter to the US and position it as a US company, with the China company as a part of the supply chain. The US company expanded its R&D in the US and got the R&D tax credit and the Employee Retention Tax credit, saving the company over $3,000,000 in the first 3 years in the US. We helped the company developed process and systems to get ready for IPO.
